Commission is based on 20% of the rack rate and does not include the sales taxes of 16%.
Rates include Breakfast except for month occupancy. With your reservation please indicate your breakfast preferences: Continental, American, Tico. Additional lunch and dinner add $35/day which includes 23% Costa Rican food taxes.

Maximum per villa 4 persons, a charge of $20 will accessed on each aditional person above double occupancy.

All reservations made by an agency must be prepaid 14 days prior to guests check in during the high season, and 7 days prior to check in during the low season.
All reservations for the period of December 20 - January 6th must be prepaid without exception 30 days prior the arrival date of the guests.
Payments
Checks and deposits should be made out to: The Mango Tree, S.A, and deposited in the Banco Nacional of Costa Rica. Once you have booked the reservation we will send you the appropriate account number. You may pay in Dollars, Colones or Euros.

Cancellation and Refund policies.
All cancellations must be received in writing via fax or e-mail by the reservations department. Phone: (506) 2786 5300 or fax: (506 9 2786 5302.
Cancellations received prior to the prepayment date will be fully refunded.
Cancellations not received prior to the prepayment date will result in a 2 night penalty fee per villa booked.
The same applies to "No Shows".
Publicity
The hotel shall be advertised in the agencies flyers or brochures according to the audio-visual materials supplied by the hotel.
